This project involved the complete fit out of a new International Boarding House designed to accommodate up to 60 international boarding students. The brief required furniture solutions that balanced durability, comfort and everyday functionality, while also creating a welcoming environment that feels like home.

A carefully considered mix of domestic and commercial grade furniture was selected to meet both aesthetic and performance requirements. Custom fabrics were incorporated throughout the space to align with Haileybury’s school colours, creating a cohesive and considered finish. The project was delivered in collaboration with Jaytex Construction, ensuring a smooth and coordinated outcome from planning through to installation.
