At Jape Furnishing Superstore, delivery is an extension of our commitment to quality and service. We operate our own fleet of trucks and employ a dedicated in-house team who handle every delivery with precision, care and respect for your home.
Our team manages delivery, assembly, removals and furniture redirection, ensuring each piece is positioned and set up exactly as intended. We deliver six days a week across Darwin and Palmerston areas. For customers further afield, we can also assist in arranging delivery to regional and remote locations including Katherine, Tennant Creek, Alice Springs, Kununurra and Arnhem Land.
From the moment your furniture leaves our showroom to the final placement in your space, it's handled by people who care about the details.
Exchanges and refunds
At Jape, we are committed to fair and transparent outcomes for our customers. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, significantly different from its description, or does not perform as expected, our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This may include repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

The staff are so helpful and the prices are great, I bought a beautiful bookcase and the delivery options were really easy to work with.
