48th Birthday Anniversary Giveaway 

Promoter 

The promoter of this promotion is Jape Furnishing Superstore, located in the state of Northern Territory, Australia. 

Promotional Period 

The Jape Furnishing Superstore 48th Birthday Anniversary Giveaway ("Promotion") will run from 01 October 2026 to 31 October 2026. 

The Promotion consists of 1 raffle draw and three (3) winners of $50 gift vouchers. 

Eligibility 

Entry is open to:

• Individuals aged 18 years and over, who are physically residing in the Northern Territory, Australia at the time of entry submission, with an eligible Facebook or Instagram account. 

Employees of Jape Group are not eligible to win any weekly prize or the Grand Prize Draw. If an ineligible participant is selected, another eligible entrant will be drawn. 

How to Enter 

To participate, entrants must: 

Jape Furnishing Superstore will post a question about customers' memories, experiences, and stories relating to Jape Furnishing Superstore. 

Entrants may submit one or more comments in response to the question, however duplicate or spam entries will be excluded at the promoter's discretion. 

Raffle Ticket Scoring System 

Entries will earn raffle tickets based on the following point system: 

Relevant photos must relate directly to Jape Furnishing Superstore products, purchases, experiences, or the weekly question being asked. Photos showing competitor products may be deemed ineligible at the sole discretion of Jape Furnishing Superstore. 

Each point earned equals one (1) raffle ticket. 

The more raffle tickets earned, the greater the chance of winning. 

Photos submitted must be suitable for public viewing and may be reposted by Jape Furnishing Superstore in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 

Jape Furnishing Superstore reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entry containing spam, offensive, inappropriate, unlawful, misleading, or unrelated content. 

Winner Selection and Announcement 

Entrants must be following the Jape Furnishing Superstore Facebook and the Instagram page at the time of the draw and winner verification. Jape Furnishing Superstore reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to awarding any prize. 

3 winners of $50 gift vouchers each will be selected by random raffle draw from all eligible raffle tickets earned. 

Winners will be announced on Jape Furnishing Superstore's Facebook and Instagram pages. 

Participants can only win once throughout the Promotion unless otherwise determined by Jape Furnishing Superstore. 

Prize Notification, Claim, and Collection 

Winners will be notified by Jape Furnishing Superstore by a public comment on the winning entry and a separate post on Facebook or Instagram on 4 November 2026, or as soon as practicable thereafter. 

As Jape Furnishing Superstore does not collect telephone numbers or email addresses as part of the entry process, it is the responsibility of entrants to monitor their Facebook or Instagram notifications and comments for prize announcements. 

All prizes must be collected in person from Jape Furnishing Superstore. Prizes will not be mailed, couriered, or delivered. 

To claim their prize, winners must contact Jape Furnishing Superstore within fourteen (14) days of notification by either:

I confirm that I am currently residing in the Northern Territory and able and eligible to claim the prize under the promotion Terms and Conditions. 

Once the prize has been accepted, the winner must collect the prize in person from Jape Furnishing Superstore within sixty (60) days of the draw date. 

To collect the prize, winners must: 

The winner's name will be written on the voucher. The voucher may only be redeemed by the person named on the voucher unless otherwise approved by management. 

For verification and record-keeping purposes, store staff may record the identification number shown on the winner's identification document on the Prize Acknowledgement Form. 

If a winner does not contact Jape Furnishing Superstore within fourteen (14) days of notification, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, fails to provide satisfactory identification, or does not collect the prize within sixty (60) days of the draw date, the prize will be deemed forfeited. 

Jape Furnishing Superstore reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.

Participants understand that they are providing information to Jape Furnishing Superstore and not to Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. 

Promoter's Rights 

Management of Jape Furnishing Superstore reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or amend this Promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
